A blend of fresh rosemary, roasted garlic and thyme is added to our Cauliflower cracker base, creating a flavoursome combination. This cracker is great eaten straight from the packet for a nutrient dense snack and healthy alternative to chips.

Cauliflower is celebrated as one of the world's healthiest foods. Available year-round and grown globally, it is versatile across different cuisines. Rich in immune-boosting antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties, and beneficial for gut health, cauliflower is also a great source of vitamin C and B-complex vitamins such as folates, B5, B1, B6, and B3. Unlike root vegetables and certain grains, cauliflower does not cause rapid glucose spikes, making it ideal for diabetes management due to its low carbohydrate content and slow energy release.

Beyond promoting vegetable consumption, Curiously Cauli is dedicated to minimising its environmental footprint and reducing vegetable waste in Australia. Up to 40% of cauliflower crops are discarded due to cosmetic standards imposed by supermarkets. By utilizing grade 2 cauliflowers and transforming them into high-quality food products, we significantly reduce vegetable wastage.
