Handling Time
We aim to pick and pack your Yummo box within 3 working days. Your Yummo box will then be sent via courier with standard delivery times. Once your order has been dispatched, we have no control over any delays that may occur.
Shipping Costs
- Non-rural/urban: $7
- Rural: we have made the difficult decision to include a $5 additional surcharge for rural deliveries, otherwise it isn't cost-effective for us to offer shipping to rural addresses.
- Chatham Islands: additional surcharge of $5
Signature Required
At checkout, you will have the option to select either:
- No Signature Required / Authority To Leave; or
- Signature Required
If you are happy for the courier to leave your parcel without requiring a signature, then please choose the 'No Signature Required / Authority To Leave' option, else choose the 'Signature Required' option. Please note that Yummo will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages where you have given authority to leave your package.
There is an additional surcharge of $1 if you require a signature
