Returns/refunds

In general, because we provide food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you receive the wrong product, or you receive snacks from us which are damaged, have gone off, or are not consistent with the product description, then we may be able to refund you, or replace them for you.

If you notice something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order - ideally within 24 hours. It would be great if you can send a photo too.
