Looking for a rich, chocolatey treat that fits your low-carb lifestyle? Our Honestly Good Low-Carb Chocolate Brownie is a fudgy, feel-good indulgence made right here in New Zealand. Gluten-free, quick to bake, and packed with real cocoa flavour, it’s perfect for anyone after a healthier dessert option without sacrificing taste.
Each serve has just 3.6g of carbs and only 0.6g of sugar, making it ideal for those following a low-carb, keto-friendly, gluten-free, or diabetic-conscious diet. Plus, it’s super easy to whip up – perfect for busy days when you’re craving something wholesome and satisfying.
You will need:
- 240 g Choc Brownie Mix (1 pack)
- 2 large eggs
- 160 g unsalted butter (melted)

3 Tbsp water
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan forced).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and water, then slowly add the melted butter while whisking until smooth.
- Add the Chocolate Brownie Mix and stir until evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a lined or greased 20 x 20 cm baking dish, smoothing the surface.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the desired firmness is achieved.
Allow to cool in the dish before slicing. Store in a cool, dry, dark place
